Jack did it again..

People may say that Arsenal form not yet stable this year. But last nite, after two consecutive losses they manage to back on track. It was not very comfortable win though. Arsenal need an injury time goal to sealed 4-2 victory in Villa Park.

Again Arsenal look comfortable enough in the first half and might have got an early lead with an opportunities by Chamakh and Rosicky. But it seems more clearly that Arsenal attacking weapon this season will rely on two highly paced winger Arshavin and Nasri who made two beautiful goal into Friedel's net before half time.

The home side, whose not in the best line-up that night after an injury problems on some key players struggling to keep the pace with the help of the newly signed, ex-Arsenal player Robert Pires. Pires who seems to need more time to back into his full fitness finally replaced in the second half.

The replacement might have contribute to again shaky performance in Arsenal defense line who let Clark of the mark. It was a good volley though by Clark where Fabianski had no hope to tip it especially when Carew stand in front of him.

Better than yesterday though that Arsenal have a quick response to the goal by bringing back the two goal lead after a simple finish by Chamakh just a moment after. The goal that quite relieve Arsenal fans. But it's not that long though when Arsenal again could not prevent a goal starting from set piece when Clark gain full advantage from Dunne header following a corner kick. Clichy could prevent Clark header who bounce of the post while Nasri clearance was too late.

And for the rest of the match Arsenal fans had to pray that they wouldn't have to see another turn around. While Villa keep struggling to bring the ball into the front trying to prevent home lose, Arsenal try to keep things more calmly by holding on to the ball. Finally in injury time Arsenal manage to secure the win by maximizing a counter attack where Chamakh cleverly gave the ball into empty area where Jack could comfortably made a diving header finish.

Overall it was a decent game by Arsenal. Although there were some advantages where Villa should not play in full squad, it was never easy to win in Villa Park. Even, this is the first Houllier's side lost in home this season. Wenger made wise decision this time to not rushingly change things out when things got bad. He learn from last weekend that Walcott and Van Persie didn't have enough ammunition to change things just when it gone bad. He waited enough before making subs for Nasri and Arshavin and finally using Djourou as final subs just to secure things out.

After the match i think that Arshavin and Nasri going to play key role this season. Nasri certainly has reached a memorable performance while Arshavin last nite back to show his high pace that made Luke Young really in trouble. But Wenger should careful enough to take care this two asset in the rest of the season and he seems aware of it when usually changing them in second half or after the lead.

In other things, Jack and Rosicky performance helped by Song of course quite tough in midfield. Rosicky and Wilshere seem good enough to share the ball and keeping the tempo. Even I should honestly say that this season I have more confidence on Jack than the captain itself Cesc. Cesc is a clever and great player but he is struggling in fitness and might have been affected psychology after the transfer saga in the summer. Eventough it may not be his own mistake, some of Arsenal losses this season happens to be when Cesc take in the center and Wenger seems real afraid to take him off. It's true that Jack's might be too young to take the center stage but he has shown his winning mentality last nite, plus he got back ups from senior and talented players such as Rosicky so I think he's ready to be in the winning team.

As for the problem in defence, Fabianski so far are playing in decent level getting better than previous season. Arsenal just have to take more serious on winning high balls in defense and the new French duo will have to improve in this. Sagna are playing very good this season, forward and backward. While Clichy are still great on his speed but sometimes Arsenal has to take consequences in left side defense if he's not around or late.
